Are you already a qualified scuba diver with PADI, SSI, RAID, GUE, or another agency?

BSAC recognises qualifications from other agencies so it’s easy to continue diving or progress your scuba training with BSAC.

The diving qualifications listed HERE are considered to be of a similar standard to those of BSAC. This list is not definitive – if you are qualified with an agency that is not listed contact BSAC direct to find out equivalency.

Divers are able to dive within the limits of their existing other agency qualifications. Whilst diver grade skill set is recognised, not all equivalent grades will meet the same autonomous depth qualifications.

Whatever your skill level, you can become a member of any BSAC club without the need to retrain. Your current certification is recognised, and if you’re interested in advancing your skills, you can seamlessly continue your training with BSAC.
